SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing on July 10 to consider a variance application submitted by Brad Bjerke,
Donohue & Associates, representing the City of McCall. Mr. Bjerke seeks permission to construct a water treatment plant building that will be taller than the 35' maximum building height
established by McCall City Code 3-8-060(F).
The P&Z found that the proposal satisfies the requirements of MCC 3-30-010 and recommends that the City Council approve the application.
The P&Z recommends that no second hearing be held. No appeal of the P&Z’s recommendation has been filed.
The P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and the complete record of the case are attached.
Also attached are draft Findings & Conclusions for the City Council, incorporating the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and approving the application.
