SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A RFP for professional services was issued in May 2001 to identify professional architects to assist the City in implementing the
approved Old McCall Jail Scenic Byways Grant. The project includes restoration of the Old Jail, creation of interpretive displays, and site improvements. Network Architects was selected
to provide architectural services.
Attached is a scope of work for architectural services for the restoration/stabilization of the Old McCall Jail. The scope of work generally satisfies
the requirements of the grant project, although some refinement is necessary.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct staff to finalize the scope of work; authorize the Mayor to sign a contract
for professional services with Network Architects in an amount not to exceed $5,500.
