SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The
City has accumulated surplus items, equipment, and/or vehicles. Staff has taken all surplus equipment to Public Works in order to hold a public auction on September 15th. The City
Clerk recommends adopting the attached resolution and exhibits to authorize the selling of all items listed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 01-17 and authorize the Mayor
to sign.
