SUMMARY STATEMENT: The City,
in coordination with JUB Engineers, has been working on a course of action to correct the defective work of St. Clair Contractors on the J-Ditch Project. JUB has reviewed information
provided by CNI and Wausau and recommends contracting with CNI to correct the defective work.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution XXXXXX authorizing correction of the defective
work by CNI.
