SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Staff has developed a prioritized list
of projects for Council approval. The attached Unfinanced Requirements List is submitted as the Staff’s recommendation for items and/or projects to be funded with any surplus or additional
funds available to the City during the current fiscal year. This list will serve as the foundation for the Capital Improvement Plan. The items on this list, with the exception of those
in the last group, are in the order in which the Staff recommends funding. Once funding is identified, Staff will undertake required actions to commit and expend the funds.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION: Council approve the prioritized UFR list.
