AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2020-
2021 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE PARKS FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby a budget amendment within the Parks Fund in the
amount $102,160.23 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto, allowing the Parks Fund
to utilize the insurance proceeds from hail storm insurance claim to pay for related claim
expenses.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
