MINUTES Board of Electrical Examiners and Review Jefferson City, Missouri September 14, 2021 MEMBERS PRESENT: Jim Gooch Fred Gladbach Joel Vanderslice Sam Thomas Dave Hagen MEMBERS ABSENT: Matt Kreyling, Building Official STAFF PRESENT: Bill Luebbert, Electrical Inspector COUNCIL LIAISON ABSENT: Ron Fitzwater, Councilman The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met September 14, 2021, in the Thomas Jefferson Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by Bill Luebbert at 4:01 p.m. A quorum was present. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM July 13th, 2021 MEETING A motion was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Dave Hagen to approve the minutes of the July 13th, 2021 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands. REVIEW LICENSE APPLICATIONS • A motion was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Sam Thomas to approve Trevor Kilgore, Allan Scott Mullins and Daniel Scott Wallace to receive their Master Electrical license. The motion was passed by a show of hands. • A motion was made by Sam Thomas and seconded by Jim Gooch to approve Daniel Grapes and Michael Evans to receive their Journeyman Electrical license. The motion to was passed by a show of hands. • A motion was made by Joel Vanderslice and seconded by Jim Gooch to approve Michael Huttenlocker to receive his Journeyman Electrical License. The motion was passed by a show of hands. • A motion was made by Sam Thomas and seconded by Dave Hagan to approve Chris Bartell to receive his Journeyman Electrical License. The motion was passed by a show of hands. • A motion was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Joel Vanderslice to approve Christopher Carpenter to take his Journeyman Electrical exam. The motion was passed by a show of hands • A motion was made by Joel Vandersicie and seconded by Sam Thomas to deny Marion Belton to take the Journeyman Electrical Exam, until proof of hours are received. The motion was passed by a show of hands. • A motion was made by Joel Vanderslice and seconded by Dave Hogan to deny Derrick Williams a Master Electrical License. The motion was passed by a show of hands. OLD BUSINESS • None. NEW BUSINESS Some materials are hard to find, especially meter bases and breakers. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING The Electrical Review Board's next meeting will be November 9th, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in the Thomas Jefferson Conference Room.
