Ordinance 761 was adopted by Council on November 29, 2001. The Ordinance was provided to the Star News on December 19, but was not published within
30 days of adoption. In order to correct the problem, the Ordinance must be re-adopted and re-published. The Star-News will re-publish the Ordinance at no charge to the City.

Attached is Ordinance 761, enacting the Council’s approval of ZON–01–4.
Also attached is the Development Agreement, restricting development on
a portion of the rezoned property to the A Residential standards.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules and read by title only, one time only, Ordinance 761.
Adopt Ordinance 761.
Authorize
the Mayor to sign the Development Agreement.
