SUMMARY STATEMENT: The agreement
between the PLRWSD and the City includes a Joint Powers Board consisting of three members. Each entity appoints one member and those two members agree on the third member. The Board
has not been in operation for a number of years and needs to be reformed at this time.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Appoint Robert Strope to the Joint Powers Board with Bill Keating
as alternate/staff support.
