RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF INACTIVE
A.B.C. LICENSE #1201-33-029-005 HELD BY G. BAR, INC.
FOR THE 2005-2006 LICENSE TERM WITH SPECIAL RULING
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Beverages", as amended
and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by the Governing Body of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, an application has been filed in due and
proper form by G. BAR, INC, holder of INACTIVE ARC LICENSE #1201-33-029-005 for
Renewal of said license and has paid the necessary required fees; and
WHEREAS, G. BAR, INC. did file a Verified Petition with the New Jersey Division of
Alcoholic Beverage Control for a Special Ruling requesting authorization for the local issuing
authority to consider said renewal for the 2005-2006 License Term pursuant to the provision of
N.J.S.A 33:1-12.39; and
WHEREAS, application for renewal has been reviewed and no objections have been received for
the renewal of said inactive license; and
WHEREAS, the Director of the New Jersey Division of ARC. reviewed the petition filed in this
matter and has found that the licensee has established good cause in accordance with the statutory
requirements to warrant an application for renewal of the license for the 2005-2006 license term
and accordingly, has authorized the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret to consider the
application for renewal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that upon review have
considered the recommendations made by the Director of the N.J. Division of AB.C., and does
hereby approve the Renewal of Inactive License #1201-33-029-005, held by G. BAR, INC., for
the 2005-2006 License Term with Approval Granted as defined in Agency Docket Number 06-
05-4163, Transmittal #05027106 dated and signed July 18,2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized and
directed to issue an ARC License Renewal to the applicant in accordance with application
heretofore made and Special Ruling granted having said license become effective July I, 2005
and to expire June 30, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution be forwarded
with original application for renewal and proper fee to the State of New Jersey, Division of
Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, P.O. Box 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
