SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The grant monies
received from the Department of Juvenile Corrections should have been brought into the current budget from the prior budget. The request for the transfer did not get made. The money
did not get spent during the grant periods and the police department will be required to return the funds to the Department of Juvenile Corrections.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize
staff to transfer $5,005 from 10-41-996 to 10-50-243 and direct staff to refund $5,005 to the Department of Juvenile Corrections
