1. CALL TO ORDER— Mayor deRyk Jones called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Council Members; Flora, Barr, Vice Mayor Goodwin, and Mayor deRyk
Jones.
Absent: Council Member Wallace Dee.
Staff Present: Jenna Endres, Senior Planner; John McLaughlin, Community
Development Director; Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer; Andy Morris,
Town Attorney; and Tony Lashbrook, Town Manager.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE—deferred.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT— none.
