SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
On January 16, 2001 the McCall Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing to consider a variance application submitted by the Rich Sabala Memorial Foundation. The
Foundation sought permission to construct two 10'x10' cupolas on the McCall Ice & Event Center that are 42' above grade, in variance from the requirements of MCC 3-10-060(C).
The P&Z
found that the proposal did not satisfy the requirements of MCC 3-30-010 and recommends that the City Council deny the application. The P&Z recommended that no second hearing be held.
No appeal of the P&Z’s recommendation has been filed.

for the City Council, incorporation the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and denying the application.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and deny variance application
