SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ordinance No. 754 amends the City Code to clearly state that City water and sewer service will not be extended outside the city limits. It also clarifies
the criteria used to evaluate the extension of water and sewer lines, typically at the request of a developer.
At the last Council meeting, the ordinance was read for the second time
with the changes Council requested.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read Ordinance No. 754 by title only, final reading.
Adopt Ordinance No. 754.
