SUMMARY STATEMENT:
There are two vacancies on the Impact Area P&Z: one City representative and one Impact Area representative. County Commissioners and the members of the
Impact Area P&Z have recommended that Jim Staup (City resident) and Pat Allen (Impact Area resident) be appointed to the Commission.
Julie Eddins and Joe Johnson’s terms have expired.
They both would like to be reappointed. Because of the term limit requirements, they are each able to serve one more term.
The recommended terms are staggered to fill the existing vacancies.

OMMENDED ACTION:
Direct the Mayor to appoint the following individuals to the Impact Area Planning & Zoning Commission: Pat Allan to a term ending on November 1, 2003; Jim Staup to a
term ending on November 1, 2001; Joe Johnson to a term ending on November 1, 2003; and Julie Eddins to a term ending on November 1, 2002.
