Girl Scouts Install Little Free Library on Plaza Street
Leesburg, VA (August 29, 2017) – Please join Mayor Kelly Burk and members of Girl Scout
Troop 6752 to celebrate the new Little Free Library in Leesburg.

Over the summer, members of Girl Scout Troop 6752 designed, built and painted a house-
shaped box to hold a “Little Free Library.” Last week, they installed the box on the site of an
abandoned payphone in front of the Leesburg Police Department on Plaza Street and stocked it
with books.
The new Little Free Library is the first in Leesburg. For more information about the Little Free
