Thank you for your help, Bonnie Thompson Administrative Secretary Town of Truckee 10183 Truckee Airport Road Truckee, CA 96161 (530) 582-2464 bthompsontownoftruckee.com PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE AND THE REDEVELOPMENTAGENCY OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE TRUCKEE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Truckee (the "Town Council") and the Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Truckee (the "Agency") will hold a joint public hearing on Thursday, March 3, 2011, at 6:00 p.m., in the Town Council Chambers, located at Town Hall, 10183 Truckee Airport Road, Truckee California, to consider and act upon the proposed Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Truckee Redevelopment Project and to consider all evidence and testimony for or against the approval and adoption of the proposed Amendment, including supporting environmental documentation. Amendment. The purpose of the proposed Amendment is to establish a cap on the allowed amount of bond issuance by the Agency and to make other clarifying and conforming changes to the Redevelopment Plan related thereto. A map showing the general location of the Project Area is attached to this Notice. At any time not later than the hour set forth above for the hearing of objections to the proposed Amendment, any person may file in writing with the Town Clerk of the Town of Truckee or the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Truckee a statement of ` objections to the proposed Amendment. At the day, hour and place of the hearing, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed Amendment,the environmental documentation, or the regularity of any of the prior proceedings, may appear before the Town Council and the Agency and show cause why the proposed Amendment should not be adopted. The legal description of the boundaries of the Project Area was recorded with the County Recorder of Nevada County as Document Number 98038475 at the time of adoption of the Redevelopment Plan. Copies of the amendment and supporting documentation are available to the public for inspection during the Agency's normal business hours. For further information, please contact the office of the Town Clerk at (530) 582-2464 or (530) 582-2924 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.,Monday through Friday.
