SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The PLWSD would like to use the pump out station for seasonal, permanent moorage of their two boats (as described in their letter). The dock is closed
to public use i.e. swimming, sun bathing, etc. I see no problem with their request as long as they do not block access to the pump outs.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the PLWSD
request.
