CALL TO ORDER
The May 3, 2010, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:47 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll, Ferguson (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Medin,
Penfold, Pope (arrived at 5:51 P.M.), Scrivner, and Struemph
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Resolutions RS2010 -3 and RS2010 -4 (Landmark Award Nominations)- Mayor John
Landwehr stated that these items will be moved up on the agenda so they are approved
prior to the introduction of Bill 2010 -14 which actually declares these two properties as
Landmark Award recipients.
Mayor John Landwehr stated he will get the list of Council liaison appointments to the
Council sometime this week to be approved at the May 17 Council meeting.
Councilman Jim Penfold stated he would like staff to make a presentation on the sidewalk
program at a future work session.
Councilwoman Carrie Carroll stated she would like to make an announcement about the
Household Hazardous Waste event which will begin tomorrow, May 4.
