Mr. Colley sought permission to expand the existing medical clinic at 200 Forest Street. The expansion includes a small addition to the building, a new roof, and enlarges the parking area. The use of the building will not change. The P&Z found that the proposal satisfies the requirements of MCC 3-31-030(A) and recommends that the Council approve the application subject to the following condition: Adequate screening of the parking lot must be provided. Landscaping, or a wall or fence, can be used. The P&Z recommends that no second hearing be held. No appeal of the P&Z’s recommendation has been filed. The P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and the complete record of the case are attached. Also attached are draft Findings & Conclusions for the City Council, incorporating the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and approving the application.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve application CUP–01–2.
