SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mr. Kirk Braun, owner Pioneer Air Service, has sold his fuel farm to Mr. Mike Dorris, McCall Air Taxi. The lease
covers the footprint of the fuel farm and additional ramp space. Mr. Dorris would like the square footage added to his current lease at the rate and under the conditions of his current
lease.
The Airport Advisory Committee recommends approval of the transfer. The Airport Manager recommends all parties sign lease transfer within 30 days.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease transfer, authorize the Mayor to sign, and require signing of the lease by May 12, 2001.
