Mr. O'Gara would like to lease Lot 17 and begin construction this spring. The Airport Advisory Committee recommends
the lease. The Airport Manager recommends all parties sign the lease within 30 days.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the lease, authorize the Mayor to sign, and require signing of
the lease by May 12, 2001.
