is a policy endorsement for Delta Dental. City staff researched the costs and negotiated the endorsement to coincide with the city’s fiscal year. The rates for the policy would be
effective from April 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the policy endorsement with Delta Dental Plan of Idaho, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to
sign.
