SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Sondra and Jim Skinner were managing 1203 Roosevelt for the city at a cost of 10% of the rent. They elected to cancel their contract
in February. City staff checked into rates and services provided by the property management companies located in McCall. Coldwell Banker Johnson & Co. can manage the property for 12%
of the rental agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the agreement with Coldwell Banker Johnson & Co. and authorize the Mayor to sign.
