SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) has agreed to amend their contract with the City regarding preparation and implementation of the Comprehensive Plan to
include preparing revisions to the Zoning Code. Attached is an agreement between SAIC and the City for the necessary work. $10,000 has been budgeted for this work.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Approve the agreement with SAIC and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
