SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is a bid proposal for completion of the water treatment plant by CNI. The $6,498,453 bid includes a $100,000 contingency. This price reflects
the construction of the plant designed by Montgomery Watson, with changes. The changes include two key items--the building itself and a change in chlorination system away from chlorine
gas, and other adjustments, the majority of which remove line items that do not impact on the treatment of water aspects of the plant. (Note—at the time this AB was prepared the meeting
to review the final changes had not yet been conducted, a detailed review of the changes will be made available following that meeting)
