SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached
is a draft partnership agreement that is being reviewed by legal counsel and Heartland Gymnastics. The agreement captures the intent of the City Council’s approval of the partnership.
In order to facilitate an orderly and timely transition we are providing this draft and will seek Council’s approval of the draft, with revisions, and give the Mayor authority to sign
the agreement when it is ready in final form.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the draft agreement between the City and Heartland Gymnastics and authorize the Mayor to sign when the
agreement is in final form.
