CALL TO ORDER
The May 17, 2010, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:48 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll, Ferguson, Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope,
Scrivner, and Struemph
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Appointments:
Mayor John Landwehr finalized the list of appointment preferences of Council Members to
City Boards and Commissions, and will recommend those for approval in the regular
meeting.
Bill 2010 -20 (clean air petition) - Councilwoman Carrie Carroll stated she will move to
amend by placing the issue on the November 2010 ballot.
Bill 2010 -17 (sewer agreement with Taos) - Councilman Jim Penfold will place on
Informal Calendar in case negotiations resumed.
Bill 2010 -16 (Historic Preservation amendments) - Councilwoman Carrie Carroll will
place on Informal Calendar as some final discussions are being held on the issue.
