SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City Planning
& Zoning Commission has review preliminary and final plat applications for four separate, but related applications submitted by The Depot Company and McCall Gas Station, Inc. The complete
record of each application is attached, although only a portion of the original applications is attached. The applications are fairly large, but are available for review in the Community
Development office.
No new lots, structures or other development is proposed. These subdivisions allow the existing Hotel McCall addition, Stationmaster’s House and Depot buildings
to be converted to condominium units. The parking required for the construction of the Hotel McCall addition will be protected, through easements and provisions in the CC&Rs.
The P&Z
approved all four final plats and recommended that the City Council approve the final plats.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions as the Council’s own and approved
the final plats for SUB–01–2, SUB–01–3, SUB–01–4 and SUB–01–5.
