SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City has been awarded an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) for public improvements in support of the McCall
Ice Rink & Event Center. The attached agreements with the Idaho Dept. of Commerce and the Sabala Foundation implement that grant award.
The agreement with the Dept. of Commerce is essentially
identical to previous ICDBG agreements that the City has entered into. The sub-recipient agreement with the Sabala Foundation holds the Foundation responsible for compliance with the
ICDBG requirements.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the grant agreement with the Idaho Department of Commerce and authorize the Mayor to sign.
