STATEMENT: The City received a credit from PERSI that can be used by the City to fund other programs. Attached is a recommendation from the staff on the use of those funds.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION: Approve the staff recommendation for the use of the PERSI gain sharing funds to establish an employee incentive program, fund a salary and position survey, and provide employees
with a rebate.
