SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the
June 7, 2001 Council meeting, staff mentioned that an ordinance revision would be coming to Council to give the City the authority to waive the disturbing the peace ordinance. The Chamber
of Commerce and the McCall Folklore Society have requested an ordinance waiver for their events. Staff recommends approval of the ordinance to allow the City Manager to waive the ordinance
in specific instances where events may provide a benefit to the community.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only, Ordinance No. 747. Adopt
Ordinance No. 747.
