SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The
wooden docks at the City boat launch have deteriorated and need to be replaced to improve safety and the appearance of the boat launch area. The IDPR has grant funds available for replacement
of docks. Cost of replacement with Trex decking docks is estimated to be $24,000. Valley Co. Waterways Board has committed $6,000 toward the project; McCall City Parks Department has
committed $6000 (FY 2003), and the balance of $12,000 would be grant funding from IDPR.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve submission of grant application and authorize the Mayor to sign.
