1. Call to order—Jessica Thompson, Senior Engineer called the meeting to order at 4:34 p.m.
2. Introductions
Committee members present: Stefan Schuster, Michael Monroe, Bill Kenny, Judy
Zachariasen, Jason Hansford, and Morgan Goodwin.
Project consultants present: Debbie Jenkins, Eastern Sierra Engineering; Loren Chilson,
Headway Traffic; and Bill Quesnel, Acumen Engineering.
Staff present: Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer; Becky Bucar, Engineering
Manager; Jessica Thompson, Senior Engineer; and Julie Paping, Administrative Technician.
3. Presentation
Senior Engineer Jessica Thompson presented information regarding the outreach campaign
results and comments (on file with the Town Clerk).
4. Discussion of recommendation to Town Council.
The Committee members unanimously agreed to recommend Option No. 3, traffic signals at
both intersections, to the Town Council at its May 28, 2019 Regular Meeting.
5. Adjournment— 5:36 p.m.
