SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Goul Construction notified the City that the Art Roberts Dock Construction was substantially complete on July 14th. Goul Construction is requesting
final payment of $52,209. The Director of Golf and Parks Operations is inspecting the work and will resolve any items prior to final payment. Currently there are concerns about the
dimensions of one of the docks and ADA compliance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve final payment to Goul Construction contingent upon compliance with the contract documents.
