SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Police Department is recommending new parking violation fees because the current fee structure is $5.00 per offense and has not been reviewed in many years. See the attached
resolution.
Resolution No. 02-22 is contingent upon Ordinance No. 768 being adopted by Council.
This agenda item was to be open for public comment on the second Council Meeting in
September. Staff asked the agenda item be tabled until October 24, 2002.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 02-22 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
