RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR THE DEMOLITION OF VARIOUS ABANDONED
AND DILAPIDATED BUILDINGS
WHEREAS the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") desires to demolish various
abandoned and dilapidated buildings/structures within the Borough; and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to solicit bids to perform said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Borough's Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to prepare bid
specifications and contract documents and to advertise for the receipt of proposals for the
demolition of the buildings/structures set forth on Schedule "A", a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Adopted this 11 th day of August, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 12,2005.
