SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The original State/Local Agreement for this project assumed that the City would acquire the necessary right-of-way for the new road. The scope
of the project has changed, and ITD is now responsible for the right-of-way acquisition. The State/Local Agreement has been modified to reflect ITD’s new responsibilities.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 02-25, and authorize the Mayor to sign the State/Local Agreement.
