SUMMARY STATEMENT: Lardo Grill & Saloon
is requesting suspension of the open container ordinance on Saturday, August 24, 2002 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm for a wedding. The Police Chief has reviewed and approves of the event.
The Deputy City Clerk is waiting on a certificate of insurance naming the City as an additional insured. Staff recommends Council approve the Suspension of the Open Container Resolution
contingent upon all permits and documents being issued and received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 02-27 and authorize the Mayor to sign contingent upon all permits
and documents being issued and received.
