SUMMARY
STATEMENT: The landscape and irrigation portion of the water treatment plant was removed from CNI’s scope of work and bid as a separate project. The sole bid was for $165,500—which
will be reduced to under $130,000 by change order. SMR has approved that landscape plan as required under our agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Accept the bid from Hillside Nursery,
Inc. and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement. Authorize the City Manager to sign Change Order 1 and Notice to Proceed.
