SUMMARY STATEMENT: The project includes paving the alleyway in front of the Old McCall Jail. Funds remaining from the Downtown Improvement Project will be used to pay for the work.
Bid packets were sent to 4 qualified paving companies. Deadline for submission of bids is September 12, 2002. Council will be notified at the Sept. 12 of results of bid process.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Award paving contract to paving company which provides lowest responsible bid for the project, and authorize the City Manager to sign all related documents.
