SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City recently switched insurance carriers to Idaho Counties Risk Management Program (ICRMP). ICRMP requires new members to sign a joint
powers subscriber agreement. Staff recommends approval of the agreement contingent upon the City Attorney’s approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Joint Powers Subscriber
Agreement with ICRMP and authorize the Mayor to sign.
