1. CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Polivy called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Council Members; Abrams, Commendatore, Vice Mayor Klovstad, and
Mayor Polivy.
Absent: Council Member Tirman.
Staff Present: Andy Morris, Town Attorney; Jeff Loux, Town Manager; and Hilary Hobbs,
Management Analyst.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — deferred.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT — none.
5. CLOSED SESSION
5.1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS — Assessor's Parcel Number
019-410-046, Agency negotiator Andy Morris, Town Attorney, negotiating with the Pacific
West Communities representatives, negotiating price and terms. Government Code
Section 54956.8.
Reportable Action: none taken.
5.2 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS -- Assessor's Parcel Number
019-130-004, Agency negotiator Hilary Hobbs, Management Analyst; Jeff Loux, Town
Manager; and Andy Morris, Town Attorney, negotiating with the Joan deRyk Jones,
Russell Jones and Andy Barr, negotiating price and terms. Government Code Section
54956.8.
