SUMMARY STATEMENT: Council endorsed the conceptual
framework of the BDPA recommendation and requested detailed data relating to the formulation of the salary schedule prior to approving the recommendation. The final BDPA report is projected
for delivery to Council on November 8th for review. Provided the report is sufficient, staff will seek approval for implementation effective the first pay period in November.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION: Approve the implementation of the BDPA recommendations.
