AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
FISCAL YEAR 2022 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
SALES TAX H 22-27 FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby a budget amendment within the Capital Improvements
Sales Tax H 22-27 Fund in the amount of $2,800,000 as indicated on Exhibit A,
attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
