ORDINANCE NO. 1&14q
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING PATRIOT
DRIVE AND LION WAY AS NAMES DESIGNATED FOR PRIVATE STREETS NEAR
LAWSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND THOMAS JEFFERSON MIDDLE SCHOOL.
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the City to maintain a reasonable, systematic record of
street names and addresses held within the City; and
WHEREAS, private street names shall be established by the City Council after review by
the Planning and Zoning Commission as determined by Chapter 25 of the City
of Jefferson Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS.-
Section
OLLOWS:
Section 1. The names Patriot Drive and Lion Way are hereby established for new
private streets as shown on Exhibit A.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage
and approval.
