SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The police department
in conjunction with the State Alcohol Beverage Control Department has looked into Bonnie Bertram’s request and has no objection to a Beer and Wine License being issued to the Pancake
House.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize staff to issue a Beer & Wine License to the Pancake House, assuming the receipt of written approval from Alcohol Beverage Control, which
is currently pending contingent upon the Pancake House receiving State and County Alcohol Beverage Licenses.
