SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Code §39-4116 requires that all local governments that issue building permits shall adopt the International Building Code,
International Residential Code, and International Energy Conservation Code.
Attached is Ordinance 773, which amends Title 2 Chapter 1 of the City Code to comply with Idaho Code.
Also
attached is a draft version of Resolution 02-31, establishing building permit fees. The resolution will be presented for Council action at the December meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules and read Ordinance 773 by title only, second and final time.
Adopt Ordinance 773 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
