SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Dew Aircraft's lease agreement with the city had misleading information, the legal description and the drawing of the
property was different. The lot was resurveyed to correct the error.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Lease amendment and authorize the Mayor to sign the lease amendment.
