CALL TO ORDER
The July 6, 2010, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:50 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll, Griffith, Harvey (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Koon, Medin, Penfold,
Scrivner, and Struemph
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Police Promotions: Police Chief Roger Schroeder distributed a memo indicating the
recommendations for promotions to be made in the following meeting.
*Councilman Mike Harvey arrived at this point in the meeting.
Discussion was held regarding whether 2010 -34 (programmatic agreement for MSP site)
is ready to vote on tonight or not. Mayor John Landwehr asked Associate City Counselor
to try to contact City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus, if possible, who is not present at tonight's
meeting and ask him the status.
2010 -31 (Vacation of Marshall Street & unnamed alley) - Councilman Jim Penfold stated
this will remain on the Informal Calendar tonight.
ADJOURNMENT
